The Influence Journal–FAQs

Answers to common questions about our content, mission, and what’s ahead.

❓ What is The Influence Journal?

The Influence Journal is a leadership blog exploring the psychology of trust, persuasion, and influence. We aim to offer intellectually rigorous, psychologically insightful, and practically useful content for leaders navigating real-world challenges in today’s evolving work culture.

🧠 Who is this site for?

We write for:

  • Founders, executives, and team leads shaping the culture of their organization
  • Coaches, consultants, and communicators seeking clarity and depth
  • Thoughtful leaders who are tired of surface-level advice and want substance
  • Entrepreneurs building something meaningful from the ground up

If you’re serious about becoming a more influential, trusted leader—this site is built for you.

✍️ Who writes the articles?

Thanks for asking—I’m happy for the chance to introduce myself.

My name is Jeremy, and I bring over two decades of real-world leadership experience. My background blends work in ministry, business, theology, entrepreneurship, and communication. I’ve led organizations, raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding, built teams from the ground up, and coached leaders through both growth and crisis.

This journal is where I distill much of what I’ve learned—along with insights from psychology, leadership science, and cultural analysis—into tools, reflections, and strategies that help others lead with clarity and integrity.
